What a farce

Crimea Vote Does Not Offer Choice of Status Quo - 2 Choices, but Neither Is ‘No’

Retaining Crimea’s current status, which provides for more limited autonomy from the central government in Kiev, is not an option, which may help explain why the Crimean Tatars have refused to take part in the voting.

Obama and the West are about to be truly tested.

I usually can't stand Krauthammer, but he makes some good points: Message 29439151

It is a complete farce. In the past there have been Crimean votes on this very subject and rejected. This is all a set up by Putin.

And now they are sending Russian agents into the eastern provinces, stirring up trouble, in order to justify an invasion of the Ukraine.
