qdog, thanks for the Holiday Cheer--Egg Nog bowl looking a little low right now. Agree that the flight to bonds and away from stocks has got to have a contrarian's doggy tail twitching. But, it would take some big time brass to pull the trigger. I am unhappily old enough to remember when the U.S. Economy was so independent of the rest of the world that some god%&$#@ little freaking country could declare Chapter 7 and the response, if any, was a yawn. Man oh man, are those days over! Still hanging on hoping the big international monetary authorities will ride to the rescue but have to admit that I completely underestimated gravity of SEA situation. Well, to be more honest, chose to concentrate on significant news: Jerry Rice, aka, Flash, aka NUMBER 80, is strapping on the cleats once again. Now this is some serious sit if ever there was and those SEA guys should get it together to watch the Man when he visits San Diego in January. I'm thinking 8 receptions, 167 yards, 2 T.D.'s. (This assumes I can pay my electrical bill to watch!) Cheers, Mike Doyle
