His neighbours are never likely to know exactly how sick and depraved he really is because he only reveals his true hateful self anonymously on the internet. He'll be one of those guys who's neighbors will say when interviewed: "he seemed so normal" He even goes to Church once and awhile just to fit in.

If you were my neighbour I would build a moat and fill it with alligators! And I would put fake grass over it! And then I would put up a big neon sign reading:

"ENTRANCE--BIG SALE ON HOT DOGS!"
