Spin and more spin. It has been proven beyond a shadow of a doubt that Rice's language was from the CIA, not the administration. Terrorism was not dismissed out of hand, there were several possible causes. I will grant you that was a different approach than the previous administration who would have been shouting 'terrorist attack' without any proof. Maybe that is what has been confusing you. Waiting for proof and actual facts instead of just assuming things. Like WMDs in Iraq. Your problem is you spend all of your time in the Great Echo Chamber. Y'all develop all of your little memes and twists that often don't comport with the facts. But, since every 'news' source you use says the same stuff, you think it is reality instead of the bubble y'all have created. In that sense, yes, Romney was telling the straight up truth. But it is 'true' only in y'alls bubble. When Romney started spouting the 'truth' to the rest of the world, he came off as, well, disconnected. A lot of what he was saying sorta sounded like reality, but it was... Off. Which is why y'all chase all of these pseudo-scandals that have no substance. Because they have no substance to those outside of the echo chamber. But y'all keep telling yourselves that it does inside of the echo chamber. And that is the biggest reason why Romney lost. And that is why y'all stand little chance in taking the presidency in 2016. Until y'all decide to come out of the echo chamber and live in the real world, y'all continue to look like loons.
