On this thread several of us, I would say all of us have criticized Obama's actions as President, not his family, not his race. We have criticized him out of love. A love where we want him to succeed. We haven't done so out of hatred for him, his family or his race. We have criticized him "in a dignified way". And when his actions are to our individualized liking, we have competed to shower him with accolades. We do not call him names like you have done. We recognize that all his actions are being thwarted by Boehner and gang. And we have been frustrated that he has not used his executive powers since some of us feel that he wants to hold the record of having the least number of executive power decrees. Moving along, it seems you do not agree with the posters of this thread and continue to disrupt the discussions on this thread. I presume you are an adult and that you should be treated like one, "provided you behave like one." So the choice is yours. I also strongly believe that people who believe like animals should be treated like one.

The problem with ObamaCare is that it is way too much capitalism and too little socialism. you seem to think Obama could have just implemented a single payer system if he wanted... you don't seem to understand how the government functions... Obama is not a dictator Even the public option, which a majority of Americans supported, was torpedoed by the republicon obstructionists... in the end we at least got a system that is much better than what we had and is a step in the right direction Obama is definitely for more socialism... he has been for raising taxes on the wealthy to pay for things like more education, and jobs programs... and Obamacare has provided millions in funds for medicaid recipients, although this is also being blocked by the republicon assholes you have to be a little mentally ill or live in some bizzaro conspiracy world to continually call Obama a "totalitarian fascist pig"

Our NYC Mayor, DiBlasio, fits the above profile, and won election by over 40%. Curious how a working class family can make it in NYC these days. How we got to this point I'd like the answer to. NYC was the greatest city in the world, full of opportunities for anyone who had the animal spirits 50 years ago and has been putting the squeeze on J6P as costs far outpace incomes especially once Reaganomics and trickle down were implemented. But the 2M on the dole had its roots with LBJ's Great Society I am sure you know the devastation in the 'projects' by 1981. Nice to raise taxes on the high earners but $1k a year spread around will do little for the average family needing $125-150k just to lead a working class lifestyle. Better to be on the dole or a plutocrat instead? Guess if you bought in to the right gentrified hood before it took off you are feeling good too? America didn't used to be a casino like this. It valued labor and what your hard earned dollars bought much more.. What went wrong?
