I assume that your 4:1 estimate for advanced microprocessor calls for 1 DUV, 4 i-line tools configuration, not the other way around?

Since this is a CYMER thread, I hope that my assumption is incorrect :):)

Otherwise, we must hope that manufacturers will make their purchasing decisions keeping longer-term perspectives in mind. Which brings up another question - can an i-line stepper be retrofitted into DUV stepper?
