Since this is a CYMER thread, I hope that my assumption is incorrect :):) Otherwise, we must hope that manufacturers will make their purchasing decisions keeping longer-term perspectives in mind. Which brings up another question - can an i-line stepper be retrofitted into DUV stepper? Thanks for your answers, sorry for bothering you so much Yakov
