Integrity of countries cannot be changed at the will of one party and by armed forces even if there is no actual war but the mere danger of another WWIII. For a moment there I thought you were going to talk about Iraq, Afghanisthan and even Israel. There are no clean hands in any of this, and the West should focus on its own problems instead of stirring up problems in other places so that war profiteers can run with a crisis. Would this issue have arisen if the US and EU had not been "active" in Ukraine as in the case of Georgia? The whole programme has been "let's weaken Russia" from the start. This is the Western (idiot) mentality that can kill innocent people to "stop a war". Or start a war.
