Joe Klein is the DOJ head prosecutor and this was his statement to the press when asked what did this mean regards win98--he stated that the court's declaration is clear when it says I.E. can not be tied with win95 OR ANY FUTURE EDITIONS of this OS.And he made clear that this meant that I.E. can NOT be intregrated into win98 and will have to be separate from the OS.The judge in the case obviously saw the inherent danger to the internet if one company were permitted to take control of it by exploiting there OS-system monopoly.The hand writing is on the wall,MSFT will not be permitted to get away with this.Max
