Kerm \ Calibre : Talked to company last week, they are up to 1600 BOEPD prior to the Trego purchase. They have hit 4 more wells since there Nov 26th release. Trego brings 800 BOEPD to Calibre, so you would think production should be around 21-2300 BOEPD by year end. They plan on drilling 10 wells first quarter. End of 98 target is CF $0.50\share and production of 3400 BOEPD. The number of shares outstanding is 19 mill and will reach 23 mill after the Trego deal. Hope this helps.

Hello Kerm,

I cannot wait to see your report on Granger. I really like this stock and expect a good year out of them. Management owns aprrox 30% of the 5 million shares outstanding (not including most recent pp).
They will be drilling some high priority wells this year which should only add to their approx. 1000 boepd. I think expected cash flow for 1998 is $0.70 which should equate to a $3.00 stock. I hope so.

ASIDE: I stopped looking at Tethy's when it soared over $3.00 a few months ago and am quite shocked that it's at $2.00 again. I believe they were going to buy Mercury Energy? This must be due to tax loss selling! Also, I was looking through Kerm's Korner and noticed that Gordon put out a buy recommendation on OGY in Nov. Have you checked out this company? The management is impressive and Northstar owns 6% shares outstanding with management owning 25%. They are producing around 1500 boepd and they will be drilling a lot of wells in 1998.

I know I'm asking a lot, but I really respect your knowledge on these oil/gas stocks. Although, I prefer the riskier plays.
