bill-- 1.5 billion would really justify a much higher stock price<G>. 35 a share anyone? BTW-- the s&p sell off seems to have stopped in afterhours. i think we will go up some manana. if we dont get anymore bad news, maybe the street will factor in the LU announcement with a higher price. good luck to all, trey
