I agree. I was not implying that their capacity was any less than men (since I have sisters who

would gladly clobber me :) ). My problem is with males in high places who, having enjoyed their privileges, then deciding for the rest that the positions should go to women because this would make them look good. Choosing incapable women, at least in my local experience, made a bad situation even worse.
