MOSCOW (Reuters) - Russian President Vladimir Putin, defying Ukrainian protests and Western sanctions, signed a treaty on Tuesday making Crimea part of Russia but said he did not plan to seize any other regions of Ukraine.

Oh what a relief.....and here I thought he wanted all of the Ukraine when instead, he's just trying to correct a past wrong. Putin's the best.
