loco, if he was covered by Obamacare, his cancer would be covered. There is no exclusion for pre-existing conditions under Obamacare.

The way that I am reading the article (I agree it is confusing) is that his old insurance did not pay for the chemo due to an pre-existing condition.

He used up most if not all of his money

He bought obamacare.

He still can't afford it. $800/mo

To quote the old gasbag, "What does it matter at this point"?

The guy is going to die because obamacare is unaffordable and no better than the old insurance company that stuck it to him.
