Here is my further thinking:

Five hours I read my SIL's email, this popped out of my head via my unconscious mind.

One thought is that if the macro world behaves like the micro world i.e. wave/particle duality (superposition) then why couldn't the universe be a wave?

And we only see one universe because we are observing it! Which is how quantum mechanics works with particles i.e. if you try to measure it or observe it the wave action collapses into one thing in one place.

Ergo: multiverse is there, we just cannot directly observe it or measure it.
