Your post will remain unmoderated (unless site admins decide to do something). But you are correct. It is totally off topic.

I would politely ask you to do us all a favor and deposit your off topic detritus elsewhere in the future.

Shyheim Franklin
Isn' the the guy who was driving home in the early hours of January 1st, 2014 when he hit and killed Felipe Avila. And then, instead of stopping to assist Mr. Avila or call for help, he left the scene...hit and run. Later that day he turned himself in. His first response was to run, not help or take responsibility for his actions.

But perhaps that is understandable. Shyheim Franklin, already a felon, was out on bail for drug and gun charges. The drugs in question included heroin divided and packaged into 50 smaller units (I'm sure he will say that they were all for personal use).

And it being New Year's even, I am sure that Shyheim was enjoying a nice quiet evening of sober living before he got behind the wheel of his car and killing Felipe Avila.

I can't wait to see his defense.
"I am the victim of White Oppression!"
"I Was afraid that the cops would beat me for being black. I had to leave"
"I was not drunk man! I had me some purple drank and that's not drunk!"
"Why was he on the side of the road man? He shouldn't a been there. If he been home where he shoulda been, he would be alive today"

I wonder what percentage of the money raised goes to the Shyheim legal fund and what percentage goes to the family.

Shyheim sounds like someone who would have benefitted in life by some parental figures or educators who told him that what he was doing as wrong, instead of sycophants blowing sunshine up his ass and helping him avoid responsibility for his actions.

Oh wait, you said you were one of his educators????
