I would not buy anything in Russia period.

This is both economic and political statement.

I'm w/ Jurgis on Russia. I've removed Russian companies from all my screens, and from investing consideration. This decision was partially based on the experience I had with Argentina. When a country wants to change the rules and take assets it can, and imho Russia is built on corruption. One of Buffett's rules is don't invest w/ somebody you can't trust. Secondly, it's political. I used to not care so much about the politics - thinking economic ties would make everyone get along better and help make the world better - but I'm not as convinced of that as I once was.
