Shyheim is 34. The kid is a teen. Big difference. Apples and oranges, and not worth getting distracted over. Just as they say a coverup can be worse than the crime itself, leaving the scene of an accident pretty much shreds any "oops, it was a terrible accident" defense. Add to that priors for illegal gun and drug possession, and regardless of one's race, you are pretty much going to be spending some serious time in jail, and rightly so... no matter how nice of a kid you might once have been. - Jeff
