The rap crap is NOT music. Music has three basic characteristics: melody (change of pitches)-- harmony (combination of sounds, melodic lines--separate lines sounding at the same time) and rhythm. Rap is done in a monotone (no change of pitches) so it is not music. Also the rhythm of the rap crap is hardly what would be called rhythm.
