Great sleuthing Evan. what do you think of this from Red herring?

As for Quarterdeck, the company may make an appealing acquisition prospect for a wily PC manufacturer. With Dell's drive to move technical help and services onto its Web site, the company is raising the bar for online customer support; Quarterdeck has already dipped its toes into the same field with its TuneUp.com site. The company has brought in a raft of new management recently, including Mr. Fusco, and has gotten its general and administrative expenses under control, finally realizing some bottom-line benefits from rationalizing its operations. And with the company priced at just a hair over next year's sales, it could be a bargain for Dell -- or a competing PC manufacturer.

We took a second look at Ichat last year -- and liked what we saw.
