The number of lives lost in Iraq has been greatly exaggerated, and most were at the hands of Saddam (before the war) or of their own people during the war. It comes nowhere close to the number of lives saved by the Bush AIDS agenda in Africa.

But it isn't even a reasonable comparison. In wars you have to kill people. That's what you're trying to do.
