I know, it's idealistic to expect such an agency to not have the well being of its owner banks at the heart of it's deliberations, but in that area where the government does have a measure of control, ie nomination of governors, ya think they could be a bit more circumspect than tossing out tools like this pig...

Such nominees add weight to the argument that this administration is simply another carrying water for Wall Street

..it tends to undermine the folks who are supporters of Elizabeth Warrens views, such as myself

Sending such mixed messages to the base is not what the Democrats need as the Senate slides into jeopardy

I say leave the Fed alone, but break up the too big to fail banks.

The problem is we are setting up another housing bubble and even greater disaster down the road. DC can't get anything done on the fiscal side. Too much control by both the fed and our remaining too big to fail banks not good IMHO. Nearly 6 years into zero interest rate policies and it barely trickles down. Would be nice to have a real conversation on that one Few have as much disgust and hate for the modern day GOP as me. I saw what was coming a decade ago and am astounded the same mistakes keep being made yet again. These days there is much more blame to go around than just the GOP..
