I don't believe there is any time value in the warrants right now. Time value, as it pertains to options means the option price is higher than the amount the option is in the money. Right now with BNGO's ask at 5 11/16 you can buy the warrant for 11/16. Add $5 to convert and you are at the exact same place as buying the common. There is no time value premium in the warrant. The warrant should trade at parity with the stock until the bitter end. I don't know if it is possible to be short warrants, but if it is then you might see a premium on the warrant as the shorters must buy to cover. Otherwise I don't see why the warrant would trade below or above the cost of the warrant plus $5 = the cost to buy the stock.
