I am sure there are a zillion problems in every health care system, but it is still better than what we have had.

All the dems are trying to do is get everyone some affordable health insurance and it is a tricky problem. And they have to do it fighting the pubs every step of the way.

The Republicans just want to leave it all to the free market. That was not working at all.

We can all tell horror stories about the health care system in this country as bad as wait lines in Canada. Like all the people who could not get affordable health insurance because of pre existing condition. Match them against wait lines. And the people are always free to go elsewhere, like to here.

Most of my friends are trades people and have had no insurance heretofore, but they are signing up for Obamacare now.

And people with pre existing conditions were toast until now. Now they can get insurance and ask one of them how they feel about being able to get health insurance. Most a giddy with happiness. Ask Bentway. He has diabetes and just got Obamacare and he is real happy.

All we dems are trying to do is put together a health system that makes sure every American has affordable health care.

Is that such a terrible thing? We are trying to help people. That is all.

All I am saying is we need to do something.

Do you know how many old people medicare has saved from living their old age as cripples?

Huge numbers of old people need hip, or knee replacement to allow them to live out their old age normally.

Many of my friends and I have had it done. it costs about $25,000 for a hip replacement here. It took a year for them to identify what was wrong with me. I was so crippled every step was excruciating pain. Since having it done I don't even notice it is there and am back to work full time. it was bone on bone.

Most old people cannot afford $25,000 for hip and knee replacements or expensive cancer treatments, or other debilitating diseases.

Medicare has helped so many old people live out their old age healthy.

Medicare and social security have helped so many people avoid poverty and major health issues. They have been tremendous success.
