I think your post is correct but logic of these is that Ukraine is today in the stage where Russia was in the 90th and they have long way to go without hydrocarbon and with alot of debt and very little of productive economy. It will get by far worth there before it will get better, next big event will be default, question is when I did not check CDS where they are trading now , few days ago they were over 1000.
