Hmm, I am cloning from a HDD 200gb sata drive to a 500gb. Don't mind losing the space if it happens as I am only using 60% of the original drive and have no plans to increase data as this XP computer will be relegated to off line use only. I merely need to insure several old 32 bit programs that I must keep running for my business. I am testing these programs on Win 7 and if I can get them to work the XP computer will be retired.

Breccia, I also never saw a conflict when I cloned between 2 drives on my [now gone] XP computer. I just had to access BIOS to tell it which drive to boot from.
