David, people question, others promise, many speculate. Bottom line is the tale of the tape, it IS, that's what counts!

Three years ago we were trading under .50, two years ago under 1.00, last year 1.31, and now 4.50.

During that time period we had naysayers, hypsters, bullshit artists, flamers, and just about everything in between.

What counts? Then? Now? Tomorrow?

You either believe or you don't. Franklin either has the goods or they don't. As you alluded, it's crunch time. If they don't bring home the bacon by end of the first quarter, run, don't walk away from this one.

In the meantime Abe Lincoln or Charles Manson may show up, who gives a crap, I'm not about to alter course when the destination is on the horizon.

Goes back to my analogy of building a house. What, you move out before you put in the lawn and shrubs? Nah, I don't think so. When you've gone that far, you move in, plant the seed, park your can, and peak out the windows to see if new lawn is emerging up through the melting spring snow.

Enjoy the Xmas season, cause there ain't Jack gonna happen between now and years end.

This spring we'll either have a nice bed of lush green or we will have mud.

That's when to consider hanging out the for sale sign.

David, While I agree that now is a critical time in FTELs history I think that to say "DVG or death" is overly dramatic. I agree that the DVG is probably the most important product in Franklins arsenal NOW.

As you are well aware Franklin have a number of products involved in the the internet data transmission area.

ftel.com

These products have the potential to bring a solid revenue stream into FTEL. Granted if the Tempest fails then we will not see the prices that most of us long term investors are hoping for but I do not think it will cause the downfall of FTEL.
