Scott,

Thanks for asking. Here are some questions that I would like you to ask if possible:

1. In the context of the long term plan that the company has been and is continuing to implement, when do they expect the company to become a profitable operation on a on going basis. ( I expect that most likely they will show an operating profit next quarter. But should that be considered a aberration in an on going tend of showing losses or a new trend)

2. Are they concerned or are satisfied with the fact that now for several quarters the earning expectations developed by Joe Gladue have completely or substantially off mark. And, if they are concerned what is that they intend to do about this.

3. Is the company comfortable with the estimates recently generated by Joe Gladue.

4. When do they expect to make the first GigaMux sale that would be material to their bottom line.

5. Once the IQX-200 and GigaMux become the majority component of the sales volume, what type of overall net and gross margins are expected.

6. Are they concerned that beside having a technically superior GigaMux product, they may have difficulty selling it due to the lack of name recognition, and significant amount of negative publicity the company has received. If they are concerned, how do they intend to address these issues.

7. What is their expectation as to when the Baron's litigation will be concluded. Are they asking for monetary damages in addition to an apology and retraction.

8. Is the company confident based on the information available to them that the ABCN launch will take place in April, 1998, or for that matter any time during 1998. With the financial crisis in Asia, it seems rather improbable that any such launch will take place in next couple of years.

9. Now that we almost have 20 mil. shares outstanding, and the insider ownership proportionally reduced, when would we have more outsider board members to better represent the ownership interests of the stock holders.

10. When does the company expect Volpe to complete the work that they were retain to do. Or this is going to be an on going long term or life long relationship.

11. When does the company expect a highly visible wall street house to begin covering the company.

12. Is there any thing that the company can share with the share holders regarding the status of the NMS listing. After how many years wait in their opinion will it be fair for the share holders of the company to expect a straight answer.

I hope you get to ask at least some of these questions and get meaningful responses.

Thanks again.
