Michael, I lucked out and was able to short at 5 3/16 yesterday. I trade through datek which has not been able to borrow VIFL shares to short (which I desperately wanted to short), but PNDA was not a problem (I wonder if I found and borrowed some of Paul's secret stash of 100,000 shares! - I suspect he's been moving these around so no one can find them). Today Pnda is gave us a little "rally" today, but I am hopeful that once it drops through five it will be a fast ride down. Wishing I had shorted at 8+... Jim
