This is a prelim ruling meaning now, not 6 months from now.ÿ I have to agree that it will create confusionÿ though.ÿ MSFT could do a PLUS like arrangement like they did with WIN 95. Seems silly that the government is going to make MSFT charge for something that MSFT wants to give away for free.ÿ Damn government meddling in the market place again.
