PVCT cannot disclose some things. Other things they cannot do is speculate - on the drug (they can't make any claims) and I'm sure they do not want to make any promises or deadlines that may not materialize in the exact timeframe - so they do not talk about them. But they have definitely been doing their jobs. Tox tests have been done (numerous), studies (numerous), purifying Rose Bengal into a more potent, more purified form, then they had to prove to the FDA that they can produce it, with the same quality, at numerous sites, then they patented this more purified form to have it protected. Since the summer they have done quite a bit to set everything in order. That's the way it seems. All ducks in a row. They got the patents finished and ready in October. They had meetings in Nov. In December they met with the FDA to finalize and find out exactly what they need from PVCT. They changed the name to sound more encompassing. Not really necessary, but they have been updating their presentation in the same manner – suggesting larger and larger implications. Like "paradigm shift" and "advancing the winning front in the war against cancer." They have a state of corporation change. I'm sure they have their reasons – the poison pill. They seem to prepare for uplisting. They get what seems to be a consensus from the FDA on what is needed. They add a very prominent board member from a very prominent company. I love that while receiving death threats, complaining investor phone calls, emails, questions - answering them, for the most part - keeping investors informed as much as they legally can, they have been getting all of these other things done, trying to get them done not only in order to finish them but in such a manner that they are as perfect as they can be. A company with four people. How that is bad management, compared to what I have encountered, was my mind. People don't know what they are talking about because they do not know what is going on. I am sure I don't even know a fraction of it.
