Adobe bought back $200 million of shares, net of reissuances, and their share count went up. Their balance sheet is a wreck. They have about $1.2b tangible book value. It was $1.347b at 11/29/13 and they bought back the $200m net.
It's probably a good short. This was the first quarter since the stock was in the 30's that it fell after reporting earnings.

The real growth is the 24% y/y in Marketing Cloud services but that doesn't justify a market cap of >$33 billion.
