I have read Oddballstocks writeup on Avangardo. I did not like their governance (look at the recent management appointments, which appears to be a family matter), there are rumors that conditions in their chicken farms are egregious and I think one farm is on the Crimean peninsular and others in Eastern Ukraine, that is rumored to be Putin's next target, because the ethnic majority is Russian there. The Ukrainian economy is on the brink if falling off the cliff and I think hostilities with Russia would do them in. Avangardo might be worse than Russian stocks as an investment actually.
