It's very clear she is a first year teacher.....other wise she would have related her experiences from other years or other schools..... Your niece has been teaching 3 yrs and you are convinced you now know everything is to learn about teaching..... My wife is a retired teacher and my daughter has been teaching about 12 years in a Jr. High School....her very first year, in another town, was much like the one described in your post, (not your version of your niece's story). And don't tell us that 2nd graders cannot be controlled.....But unlike you they can probably spell fuck.and won't give a phony version trying to sound tough.....
