MR is targeted by shortsellers: seekingalpha.com I think the article above as well as the predecessor by the same authors raises questions. Since the company is not even cheap, I wonder why one would think it's worth the hassle. As the article pointed out, there are several inconsistencies in MR's reporting, and it is hard to understand why they would borrow money, even though they claim to have a mountain if cash and securities on their balance sheet.
