I'm curious enough to check out wikipedia. Here's the entry en.wikipedia.org. He looks quite interesting. Young (born in 1971), spent a bit of time on the MIT economics faculty, and is clearly a star of the French system. The translator of the book is one of the grand old translators of French stuff. I've got the Kindle sample on my iPad so I'll see how that goes. If I get hooked, I'll move some other projects to backburner status. But I don't expect so. Economics is generally hard work for me. Even well written economics. I'm planning a trip to Texas in the middle of April and will learn more from my economics professor brother.
