Exactly. But, to be fair, the only question that remains is 'when'. When is that big company event such as results, strategic partner buy-in, etc. that will propel the price upwards. I think most all here that have been around for over 2 years, know that they - the officers - have been purchasing all the way.

They may be exercising options early to satisfy tax restrictions on option exercises. Yet, in the case of an open market order, there are no restraints for tax purposes. This means that they are taking money out of other personal interest-bearing accounts and putting those monies into PVCT stock just like you or me. But the BIG difference is that they know a lot more than the street does about them. There's only one reason they would buy, and this applies to anyone that buys stock, they buy in the belief that it will rise. There is no stronger signal when analyzing a security to see company insiders continually buying their own stock on the open market. It really doesn't get any clearer than this.
