This is the heavy stuff still not done......it seems the West is continuing to pull its punches.

The NY Times has an article out that Putin has been signalling to the West for some time that he is unhappy. When the West didn't respond, he decided to take Crimea. Apparently, Putin feels that Russia needs to have a buffer of satellite states........talking to you Ukraine...........separating it from the rest of the world:
