Shooting the bean bag after the guy was well on the way to being dead seems a bit more than retarded....that should have been one of the first options. It's always easier to second guess, but there seems to be dozens of ways to have gone about this other than lethal force early on.....Seems to me that they didn't make good use of the terrain either.

I've been in worse situations out parking with my sweetie as a teenager.

The officers were Albuquerque, New Mexico Police officers. They were not Federal Officers, so I don't quite understand the "Obama" reference.
I believe that this attitude has become prevalent among nearly all police forces with the exception of sheriffs. It is the continuation of obama's "the police acted stupidly" attitude where obama wants the police to look at the people rather than the law. Plainly, these cops were not looking at the law when they attacked this guy. As you said, they went beyond it. They are judging people by the way they look rather than the law. That's being ruled by men rather than law. That's what obama is about and it's now pervasive in the local police. We're getting leftist thugs at every single level of authority.
