I had a handler that went with us on many fugitive hunts. His dog was named Caeser, a black Rottie . He put so much fear in thugs they seemed to be able to grasp the concrete or wood floor so tight they appeared to be part of it. Very intimidating. The dog in the video didn't seem to react in an extremely hostile manner. I can't say why, but would guess he saw a fat guy with a squeaky voice. That doesn't mean he would not perceive a threat if the guy acted aggressively.
