Intel Takes Lonley Road To Digital TV

That's precisely my point and if you were to read past the headline what you would discover is that lonely road is crowded from curb to shining curb with BROADCASTERS! The so-called lonely road is the road that let's broadcasters develop and deliver content without Microsoft software and without a Compaq computer. Needless to say, with an Intel processor which will be able to handle the PC and Broadcast formats with ease. Stop and think what an incredibly smart move that was on Intel's part as they start cranking out 500Mhz mediaprocessors for $250 set-top boxes with built-in graphics, sound and video. The lonely road or the defining path of a world-class designer and manufacturer of bleeding edge technology?
