You do realize this board is about RE investment opportunities in the post crash world? Not about supporting overinflated bubble prices in your nirvana where few actually working for a living can actually afford to buy these days without some serious financial engineering. I find your provincial hollier than everybody else attitude in that area quite disturbing but I knew that years ago... Debt slavery for all yes get the steal of a fcuking lifetime on that $1.2M fixer on a median household income of $70k (or even double that) reported for SF. As if that person getting in the game now will actually have the time or money left over to enjoy all the treasures of the Bay Area.. Better they rent than buy for their own sanity and well being but that is just stupid me from the boonies of America talking among you big city slickers. No wonder this country is so screwed up both parties and we the people are to blame.
