I'm not sure I understand this, in fact, I'm sure I don't.
If you're talking about the origin of Oriental crises, the major components were (most recently) incorrect final demand projections (much too high), particularly since planning was done by and under influence of goverments, who are not really competent, and once plans were made, they were not adjusted. Croneizm, corruption played a role. Unsound financial practices, etc. But, overall, it's nothing unusual. Happens all the time. That's why the numerous New Eras always don't last long.
