1) I do understand why the company is so frustrated over the SI (without mentioning names). The whole company is based on shares--not cash. Every time the stock goes down--it has an effect. 2)I also understand why someone may think Offie and others try to manipulte the stock: if my guess is correct, there is still a major short position on the stock (there was at least 3.5M shares short when the stock was at .80 and my guess is that they went for more and much more at .30) the opinion that Offie tries to manipulate the stock never crossed my mind. There are ways to bring a price up and the BW article can give you a clue. For me, Omar & Baron: Letting me know the short postion on the stock will be very halpful Got to leave Marty-))) Thanks everyone for ALL(maybe most) the great posts. Great weekend- Marty
