Yep, and you'll end up underwater, as you did last time. So, why do it? Be smart, rent for a few more years, and buy much more cheaply at the bottom.
Rent is also rising like crazy. Just ask your libtard comrades in San Francisco, who are protesting against high-tech companies like Apple and Google because the money they bring into the area is making everything unaffordable for the 'tards.

By the way, the real driver in Bay Area real estate is Chinese money. The smart money across the Pacific knows that China itself is a huge bubble, so they're trying to move their money into something more "stable." Most of the winning bids these days are Chinese cash buyers, some of whom can't even speak English fluently.

It's too bad you couldn't stand living here, or else you could have made a fortune flipping real estate.
