Jeff, I am actually very new to investing. For many years I have just
put money into mutual funds. This June I got a Schwab account and happily participated in the tech run-up. I say happily, since I lost most
of it this fall. I got really wrapped up in trying to understand the technology of networking, disk drives, semi's etc and forgot to read about macro-economics. Well I am reading Kindleberger right now.
Finished Thurow's Future of Capitalism. Doug Henwood's Wall Street
is an interesting antidote to euphoria. Thus I cannot quite tell you what my style is, because it has not been very consistent. I am trying to look when it is safe to enter the market, cash in on a good run,
then remain on the sideline to study what happens next.

Perhaps it is good that I came to market this late so that I can taste what it feels like when it is going down too.

Good luck on your investments,

Seppo
