Scott, I think this will be the last time ever to buy APCO at a bargin double your $ price. It will trade short-term or long-term with little risk. RLLY at these prices have more risk (2 1/2 "looks" like absolute bottom) but these are quadruple your money prices. I'm not sure I have the patience to wait for VCR or CADE. They move awfully slow!
