Brades Resource (BRA-V) March 28, '14 has closed the first tranche of its non-brokered private placement financing pursuant to which it has issued 4,124,000 common shares (and 2,062,000 warrants) announced on Feb. 6, 2014. In connection with the closing of the first tranche of the financing, the company paid aggregate cash commissions of $47,168 for gross proceeds of $618,600. All securities issued in connection with the financing will be subject to a statutory four-month hold period.
