Elroy, good questions about relative valuation. I thought NETC sold out too cheap, but the lack of top line growth and actual shrinking of their consumer subs hurt the valuation. They gave up on the consumer market to focus on business (same as PSIX), but didn't bother to sell off the consumers like PSIX did. Looking at MSPG, which will show a profit this quarter, and even ELNK, which is a long way from turning a profit, the market seems to like consumer ISPs more right now. Perhaps the thinking is that independent business ISPs won't be able to compete with the big boys, so the only reason for investing in one is if one of the big boys might buy them (not that NETC sold out to a big boy, but ICGX may get bought by one).

My questions are how PSIX and NETC compare on infrastructure and on business subscribers. If anyone has details on that, thanks in advance for sharing and letting me be lazy.

Bob

I agree Elroy..it is now at $5.5 52 week low....My stop is in at 5.375. I think I will be out of my misery and $6.000 today.

I have never seen a company lie to the public like this nor have I seen analysts decrease earnings so rapidly for 1998...well deserved I might add.

With out throwing a negative tone here, just an honest one...I hope I get hit out today
