The saddest part of that report is the fact that an overwhelming majority of voters hate Zerocare but are unwilling to make anyone be responsible for it.

I read it differently -- that after four years of ineffectual wrangling, voters despair that anything can be done to undo Obamacare.

Remember 2010 midterms? In my view, voters were mad and expressing themselves. I doubt Obama would have been reelected that year. Didn't even Scott Brown win? Little good that did us, as OCare was "deemed passed" despite his election to slow that down. Two years later? I was shocked at the short memories, anemic attention spans, and spinelessness of Americans. Obama is put right back in office. Seems like more of the same to me. Anything can happen this midterm and in 2016.

Whats the big deal with the ACA? An exchange with insurance policies that has teeth and ended the rug being pulled.
