OFF TOPIC- Jeff-Thanks for your evaluation. I was impressed with the amount of cash per share. Figure that it should help to stabilize the share price during a bad time for many tech. companies-you have to praise managment for selling shares at $52 or maybe they just got lucky<g>. BTW the dow theorists Im sure are nervous considering that the dow jones industrial did not confirm the transports-A another thing to worry about. I love it when people worry and get fearful. Semtech might not split the stock if the market continues to go the way it is-the market will do it for them.(ugh!). JP
